1.2 By accessing or using the Website, joining our waitlist, or taking part in our research, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About Fostify and this Website
2.1 Fostify is developing a digital coordination platform for companion-animal rescue organisations in Aotearoa New Zealand. This Website describes what we are building, shares information about our team and mission, and lets interested people join a waitlist or take part in our research.
2.2 The Fostify platform is not yet publicly available. Any product previews, demonstrations, mockups or screenshots on, or linked from, this Website are for illustration only. They may not reflect the final product, and features, timing and availability may change.
3. Informational use only
3.1 The content on this Website is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, up to date or error-free, and it should not be relied on as professional advice.
4. Joining the waitlist and taking part in research
4.1 If you join our waitlist or complete a survey or form, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.
4.2 Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, a pilot place, or any particular service. We will handle any personal information you give us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
